its a really tough one to gauge

Marquez moved up and grabbed some solid wins, especially over pac.

Both prime Barrera and Morales were probably a notch above JMM at 122-126 I think mostly because they had better chins that allowed them to take more risks.

Morales has a win over a near prime pac with winning gloves on, but also 2 bad beatings with reyes, so I don't know how to gauge that one.

Overall though, probably Morales.
