I don't think it'd be a jab battle to begin with.
Lewis was known to be aggressive against tall, rangy fighters.
I think he'd force Wlad to trade, he was coming forward against Vitali who has a much better chin than Wlad.
In my opinion he'd make it a bit of a dog fight.
Lewis could fight at mid range and on the inside, it wasn't his trademark style, but against Wlad he'd have all the advantages in a dog fight.
