I say him and cotto fight at 147 for 3 lineal division titles at once
    So no opponent mentioned yet?

Certainly Roach has been a good fit for Cotto. He looks very sharp since the switch. Now if he were to handle someone like Austin Trout so easily, then I might buy into this 'new and improved' Cotto.

An Austin Trout rematch would tidy up his record a little actually....
I think it was an off night first time against a tall tricky southpaw who fought well on the night. Cotto isn't this all new all singing all dancing fighter some would have u believe but he seems as if he is operating at full confidence and believes in his power, that mental adjustment can be the difference between winning and losing
He is still a stump at the weight, Even more so at Middle! He still cuts and swells and he has still been through the wars so one day he will have to go to the well again only to find its empty

I'd like to see a Trout rematch as well. And if he can't get another fight with Mayweather, how about a Pacquiao rematch? Would Cotto have a better shot this time around?

The problem with a Trout rematch is that he got schooled by Lara, and his reputation took a hit. Adding to that he has no drawing power and obviously has a style that doesn't flatter Cotto. Plus you have the promotional and network issues to deal with. There just isn't enough money or demand to make that match worth the bother.

Two problems with the Pacquiao rematch. They would have to settle on a catchweight. And the bigger problem is that they are both trained by Freddie Roach, who certainly doesn't want his two biggest money makers fighting each other.

Manny wont fight him at 154 and Roach being both of the trainers will lead to the fight never being made. I would like Cotto to rematch trout too.
