At least a few then. Pacquiao, younger Cotto, Margharito after his first fight with Cotto, a younger Mosley, I know others here can name more. Not all his fault though, but should've happened.

Other than Margarito none of those are fights "He didn't take" though.

Johnston is a fight he was offered and didn't take, as was Margarito. None of the others are.
