with all due respect...ali's jab did a lot more than paw. Ali's jab does not function in isolation, so considerring his feet he could catch you with a jab from across the ring. Ali like jack j could use the jab as a right hand lead and triple it up. ali could also set up a counter attack with his jab after evasive action with his lateral movement.

True to an extent but than again the power and accuracy of lewis as a true HW make up for al;is dancing and keeping most at bay with his jab...Lewis had power and size ...yes this counts with real 215 plus HW's....the same effect is in the fight ...lewis didn't need to throw his jab as often ,because he hurt you with it.

Why do you keep perpetuating that lie? The scores of Tyson-Ruddock II were 113-109, 114-108, 114-108. That could only mean that Tyson lost rounds. This isn't an opinion, it is a fact. And in their first fight all three judges had Tyson with 59 points at the time of the stoppage, indicating he lost a round. Your ridiculous agendas are bad enough, but please stop with the lies!

Those scorecards indicate that Ruddock never won a single round. take a look at Ruddock's scores of 108, 108 & 109 from a 12rd fight. Those scores clearly 100% say that Razor Ruddock was not awarded a single round in the fight... Let me try and educate you on how a boxing fight is scored by the judges. i am doing this because it is clear that you do not know how a fight is scored, because your above statement say's as much. At the start of a 12rd Boxing match, both fighters go into the fight with 120 points. That is why we have a 10 point must system. The winner of each round is awarded 10 points, the loser of the round is awarded 9 points. If a fighter wins every round his total score at the conclusion of the fight will be 120 points. The loser of the fight, if he has lost every round, his scorecard will be 108 points, which is minus -12 from his originally allocated 120 points..Mike Tyson brutalized Razor Ruddock in their second bout. Tyson smashed Ruddock's cheeck-bone, broke Ruddock's jaw and fractured Ruddock's eye-socket in a awesome display of power-punching from the former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World. The fight was so one-sided, that Tyson never lost a single round on the judges scorecards other than the points he had deducted by the judges for his illegal tactics and fouls. Even a broke clock is correct twice a day....your strategy is to throw enough sh111t at the wall....and every now and then when a piece sticks, you claim victory. I saw those rudock fights anf ruddock had Tyson in trouble through his perseverence. I don't know what the round scores were but Tyson was scared on several occasions

Cutting through all your redundant Tyson worshipping babble, the fighters do NOT start a 12 round fight with 120 points. They start with ZERO. Points are awarded AFTER each round. Unless there is a point deduction, one (or both if the round is even) fighter is given 10 points. If you win every round of a 12 round fight, you get 120 points. So if Tyson has less than 120 points, it means he lost some rounds since there were no point deductions in that fight. So please explain how Tyson can win every round and not have 120 points. And skip all hyperbole about broken cheek bones and fractured eye sockets, they aren't the issue. This is basic math, and you seem to be lacking there.

And by the way you simp....here is a credible journalist who was writing about the scoring, the Chicago tribune is a decent paper with a great sports history and he says THAT RUDDOCK WAS BESIDE HIMSELF BECAUSE HE LOST 14 OUT OF 19 ROUNDS TO TYSON!! So obviously Tyson did not win every round of his fights with Ruddock. Tyson was indeed great and Ruddock was tough and hung in there. He took abuse because he felt he had a chance and he did rock Tyson a few times in the mix so shaddap!

One cannot look at the second fight in isolation, it was a continuation of the first fight and....Ruddock did not win 6 rounds of the first fight, so...you good at math right sonny?

Just a bit of balance regarding the scoring of the second Ruddock fight.

Tyson was deducted three points and scored two knockdowns.

Ruddock was deducted one point.

Therefore the maximum points Tyson could have been awarded would have been 117.

If we assume that Ruddock lost every round; that does bring him to 108. However the two knockdowns plus a single point deduction would (for as long as the knockdown rounds were scored 10:8) bring him to a minimum of 105.

But could Ruddock have had a few even rounds, therefore earning him a few extra 10 point rounds to bring him to the 108 or 109 scores by the judges? Impossible! Ruddock had to have won three or four rounds to meet the actual judges score cards, or Tyson would have had 117 scores across the board.

As the judges found Tyson a winner by 113:109, 114:108 and 114:108......he had to have lost three rounds on two cards and four rounds on the other. This fits mathematically with Ruddock's cards too. The three or four won rounds brings him from the theoretical minimum of 105 to the actual 108 or 109.

It was a good fight though and it did seem to finish off Ruddock as a world class fighter......
