standing next to Marciano & Tyson I felt that Marciano had more size and he also had an ora about him that Mike had too but Marciano's was different, more of a quiet but menacing feel. Mike was more of a dangerous but insecure fibe. That I found out was very true as he grew older! Ray

If you don't mind me asking, how old was Tyson the last time you were near him? Just curious about the comment that Marciano had more size.

I've stood next to Mike Tyson and he was slightly shorter than me.

Why don't you stop accusing others of lying if you don't want it done to you. I'm sure IronDan knows his own height.

By the way, I saw Tyson at an awards show in Los Angeles and he looked to be about 5-11. I am 6-1. Yes I'm really 6-1 and I wasn't wearing cowboy boots.

He's obviously talking about a 14 year old Tyson. That's the only one he ever stood next to and the one he claims was the best version, not coincidentally.

Add to it that he was a nine year old when he saw Marciano....

I've seen Tyson in person and he was physically huge. I can't really really comment on his height though.

Can you produce one piece of physical evidence that you were with Tyson? When I google search your name, I don't get a damn thing except your boxingscene profile. When I google search mine, I get pages and pages of hits. Even a picture of me standing next to a boxer who held several belts (imagine that!). Step up already.

Theres plenty of film of Mike with Teddy at amatuer shows, Teddy is 5'9' or just under 5'10" and Mike is shorter. Now from those years to when he's 21 he has an inch of height added but Mike is very short for a Heavy.
I'm tired of stating truths as opposed to opinions, why people here have trouble accepting facts is beyond me!! What benefits do I get from stating a mans height? Is there a bet? A pool? Honestly it just gets old.

You met Tyson when he was 14? How far did you think he would go at that time? Did you agree with Cus' prediction that he would one day be heavyweight champion?
