    I'm crushed!

Assuming Angelo did say that, who said it first, Dundee or "Paulie" (Burt Young)?

It was indeed. He put a sponge full of water on his head and tried to clear his eyes but clay still couldn't see. Very dangerous against probably the best fighter since joe Louis at the time.

Vince Cleverly could have said something similar to Clev on Saturday.

As the resident eyedoctor, I can assure you that nobody was seeing triples. Doubles, yes. Triples, no.

does anything beat al certo calling golota a ****sucker when he quit v tyson? also in the corner between rounds witherspoon v pinklon, someone says something to spoon like, u better pick it up u gonna lose or something like that n spoon says ''shut up, i'm the champ'' fkkn hillarious but for good advice, hearns leonard 2 after hearns finally loses a round like maybe the 5th or 6th and it looks like he may b coming apart, steward, mmay he rest in peace, says ''this is what makes u a great fighter! this is what makes u great!" imo meaning this is the challenge u have to beat. way bfor steward was popularized as a commentator he was churning out champ after champ. his advice as good as any

Teddy Atlas was excellent in Michael Moorer's corner against Foreman. Teddy was practically begging Moorer to stop standing still in front of Big George, but MM never responded -- it was like water off a duck's back. At one point Atlas even sat down on Moorer's corner stool and said something like "Ok, so should I just go in there and fight for you, Michael? Since you're not doing what I'm telling you, maybe I need to just get out there and do it myself!" Great stuff. And of course Teddy was proven prophetic, as exactly what he had been trying to warn Moorer about happened, as Foreman knocked a stationary Michael Moorer cold out. Don't blame Teddy Atlas, he did all he could to prevent it.

cant forget about roger mayweathers famous corner quotes " that mother****a aint doin nothin" or " that's another 1 in the bank" has anyone ever noticed he never give Floyd instructions he just talk ****
thats a common myth, roger does in fact give floyd instructions. thing is floyd is so smart he usually figures things out on his own and all roger is left to say is "keep doing what youre doing".

but he does give floyd some instructions, especially when he was younger. usually just little things like "work the body some more", "keep walking him down" or "make him pay when he reaching in"

Yeah and I'm sure uncle Roger has told him to choke a woman if she gets out of line, knowing his past.
