          pretty much anything Atlas. i wonder if he is not overdoing at times. as in letting his personality getting in the way of givin good instructions

          speaking of which... Roger Mayweather is the undisputed king of colorful non-instructions.

          "you breaking that hoe down" I remember rewinding and replaying 12 times and i am still not sure i got it right (pbf-hatton)
