I don't think it's necessarily overrating him to believe that he beats Frazier. I don't think Tyson dispatches him anywhere near as easily as Foreman though.

Frazier is a slow starter with one dangerous hand (the left). Tyson is a fast starter and has two dangerous hands, superior speed, at least equal power, and superior defensive capability. And neither fighter is going to be using the ring . I can see him scoring a TKO in the first half of the fight. If it goes past that point, Tyson loses.


And I agree with the Liston pick for attempting to replicate what Foreman did.
