The way Margarito moves in is way different to how Hagler moves in, even if he was just brawling vs Hearns he still does things way faster than Margarito. I feel Margaritos slow advances and open guard would just be literal target practice for Hearns, can't see Margarito doing anything or setting himself before he gets tagged.
Margarito can take Hearns best punches and Hearns can't take Margaritos best

That sounds very simple, but Margarito is too slow to land with any consistency. Hearns would be tearing up Margarito's face and body with punches that he has no chance to avoid. A welterweight Hearns isn't losing to anyone like that. No chance,

Taking everything Cotto can throw is very different from taking the best Hearns could throw! Tommy would knock his ass out

Hearns was plenty open to hit you didn't need speed to brawl which is why Hagler and Barkley were able to land early and often.

Barkley was a big middleweight who could really hit. And while I was a fan of Margarito, him and Hagler can't be compared on any level. Getting hit by Antonio Margarito certainly does not equal getting hit by Marvin Hagler.

Margarito has no power without his "special" wraps.
