    Roy Jones Overrated?

We've heard that Roy Jones is the greatest, but how great is his legacy, in all reality? His best win was against a green Hopkins, and he beat a bloated lightweight in Pazienza, who was also past his prime AND was in a car crash. Also, he never won a single linear title in his career.

He also beat James Toney, Montell Griffin, McCallum, Gonzalez etc etc

You could nitpick any fighter in histories resume, its pointless there is ZERO denying Roy Jones is an ATG & one of the most skillful, intelligent & athletically gifted fighters ever.

Doesn't mean he isn't an ATG. He won all but the WBO belt of the major title belts and only because Michalczewsi wouldn't fight him and won the Ring magazine belt. If you are undisputed, lineal or Ring champion against the top contenders, then you're an All-Time Great as far as I and a lot of fans are concerned.

Yes he was. His level of comp was a bit under Roy's at the time and he didn't have near the amateur pedigree.
