  • Could anyone beat SRR at 147?

I know no one is unbeatable but Sugar Ray Robinson at Welterweight was probably the closest you could get to it.

Can anyone name a fighter that could beat a prime Sugar Ray at 147?

Hearns is hell in a handbasket for any WW, would give a good fight for a while. but otherwise no one else.

I like Hearns... not saying he'd win... but if I had to pick someone.

A prime WW Armstrong could pose some problems.

I don't think Hearns would beat Robinson. Especially in a 15 Round fight.

I actually don't think anyone beats Robinson at 147.

What he said, but I would have loved to see Leonard try.

Pacquiao has never truly lost a round at 147. If anyone from the modern era could do it, it would be Pacman

Ahh yes I would love to see that.

Leonard-Robinson would be a great fight. But I think Robinson would win a Descision.

There's always a possibility of a fluky result but as a general rule I don't see anyone pulling the trick. A prime Ray Leonard might have the best shot. Maybe Armstrong. Can't see Hearns doing it since he had his best shot of doing something along those lines in his first fight with Leonard and got KTFO.
