Yes, Douglas beat the count fair and square. But, one thing I never see mentioned (unless it's mentioned in the 28 pages of this thread I didn't read) but have wondered about:
Didn't Tyson beat the count, too? Watching the replay it seems he's up at 9.
I don't blame the ref for stopping it. He was finished, no doubt.

But why was it ruled a KO, rather than a TKO?
Tyson didn't beat the count, lifting your knee(s) and being on your way up does not mean you beat the count, therefore it was a ko.
