Undeserving-Carbajal, Cuevas, McGuigan, Palomino, Tsyu, and Qawi
Borderline undeserving- Chacon, Cokes, Fenech, Galindez, Mitchell, and Rosario

I agree with this except Carbajal Kostya and Fenech definitely belong
