George Foreman vs Lennox Lewis Prime for Prime.

Foreman was certainly a better boxer than Razor Ruddock. George knew how to box, set up his power behind a big jab. Foreman may still have the same stylistic problem with the Big Dog that Razor had.
Big George had devastating uppercut and hooks. He was a homicidal finisher, strong as an Ox.
With that said I don't think he is that much stronger than the Big Dog. GF wouldnt be able to bully LL. The Big Dog keeps this fight at his range, tying up Big George when he has to. 3 or 4 rounds of this would find Foreman frustrated and breathing heavy.
At that point the Pugilist Specialist starts unleashing his fastball. Remember the Big Dog had one of the most potent right hands in heavyweight history. Ask Big Daddy Bowe.
They would have to peel Foreman off the canvas by the end.
Big Dog KO5th.

Tell me how it is he has so little respect? is it because he has no real nationality and rather is a man of the world. I don't get it. I watched a yt video i posted here earlier and it ranked george 10th out of 20 of all time. Yet lewis wasn't even on the list.
how can that be? he beat every man he ever faced. people point out his klitschko fight but in that fight he was coming back in the middle rounds and he always found a way to win. I just don't get it. his two losses were just lucky punches, max baer likes this.

Check out the grease spot Fat Lar who was still skinny then beat...embarrasing, yet true!!!
Vit sent Lewie into the most publicly ignoble retirement a fighter has had until Blubber ducked the Wlad rematch...yeah...

He doesn't owe anyone if he stays quit. Lewis did. He doesn't owe us, for him to take a beating because you want a fighter to get a second chance.
Be fair. Be respectful. He stayed quit! That should absolve him from the slings and arrows. Be fair.Last edited by Willie Pep 229; 10-10-2023, 01:49 PM.

Vit could've had the WBC title inside 6 months from the first fight but for Lewie hanging on by his dingles.Willie Pep 229 likes this.

Lewis earned his placing as an all time top ten heavyweight.
That's something Vitali never did!
Lewis fifteen times fought men who were either top ten Ring ranked or champion.
Plus he beat.
