You are trying to say that a list about the greatest puncher , isnt about power even though Ali isnt on it, and Joe Louis is number 1. So either a. Ring magazine is a complete joke. or b. the list is about power. What a joke. So Razor Ruddock is a better puncher than Ali. Based on all aspects of punching, combos, accuracy, diversity, etc.. with power being only one factor...

In 2003, the writers of Ring Magazine published a ranking of the 100 greatest punchers of all-time. Not unlike an all-time pound-for-pound ranking, this list compares fighters across different weight categories and different eras. As such, it's entirely open for debate ...

That's why they have Fitzsimmons ranked so much higher than Hearns despite the fact they were roughly the same weight over the course of their careers......but you wouldn't know that would you :grin9:

And that's also why they have Hagler ranked over Mugabi despite the fact that Mugabi was clearly the harder punchers and they're both Middleweights

huh? you dont even know what youre arguing. So you agree, Ali isnt one of the 100 greatest punchers p4p all time. And isnt as good as a puncher as Razor Ruddock p4p...wow Ali must have been terrible, Ring thinks Razor Ruddock was a better p4p puncher than Ali...taking into account all aspects of punching...

Fitzsimmons is ranked about Hearns because hes an overhyped turn of the century fighter. You cite Ring like its gospel...this is clearly about power and Fitzsimmons was rumored ot be a devastating puncher. His KO% at that time was very high and many to this day consider him one of the hardest punchers of all time. I dont agree and its just overrating one of those 1900 fighters...which happens all the time, but Ring does that a lot. this list is clearly about power. Why are you lying.

Actually thats because hagler knocked Mugabi out and there ko% was equal despite Hagler fighting the much tougher comp...keep trying. you dont even know what youre arguing.
