I don't buy into the "unbeatable" thing. Timing and circumstances play a big part in that. I haven't seen anyone at 168 whom I'd pick over Roy at the weight, but let's just say he were fighting in an earlier era when guys were fighting 20 times a year, often on short notice. You're bound to have a bad style match up or an off-night. Besides the loss to a middleweight, Robinson at WW had some other fights that were described as being very close decisions that conceivably could've gone either way.
Ali 65-67, Roy @ 168, and Duran @ 135 were all guys whom at the top of their game, are pretty hard to envision losing.
Whitaker-Duran @ LW would've been a hell of a matchup though.

Roy seems to be the most consistent answer in this thread
Tyson 86' - 88' was incredible to be honest.
It's just that it was over 20 years ago, and sometimes people forget how ridiculous say 1987 Tyson was... I know the competition argument, but still... you see the capabilities, regardless of the competition. Same with Roy at 168. I thought Floyd at 135 was scary, aside from Castillo whom was an excellent fighter.

Joe Calzaghe- over 20 title defenses, aint never been beat. Even with bad hands and fightinginto his late 30's.
Wlad Klitschko-present- cannot be beat.
Floyd Mayweather-unbeatable.
