He fought hobkins and Strum at 160 or more. But would not face Williams, Taylor, etc.
The Sturm fight was supposed to be an easy "gimme' to set up a big cash fight with Hopkins. DLH realized 160 was not his division and quickly moved back down. How can you duck anyone when you aren't in their division?
But it was OK for him to challenge smaller Steve Forbes, and make a challenge that "only he could make" against Manny Pacquiao, who had never fought above 135 lbs?
So YES!! I make my case!! hoja is the ATG in ducking fighters!!!!!
Actually you haven't really made much of a case my friend. I bet if you named me your ten best fighters most of their resumes wouldn't be as strong as Oscars, and I could easily break down their careers and claim them as duckers. No offense, but you have a clear disdain for ODH which is preventing you from being otherwise objective.
