What did Collins do to deserve a shot at Jones exactly? He had a lightly regarded belt and wasn't a big name in 96-97. The talks initally broke down due to the fact that Levin and Warren couldn't come to an agreement. Which is why Levin waited until Collins broke ties with Warren until he offered him another fight. Dibella (HBO) in that article had no interest in the fight and Johnson was seen as a much better win as well. So I cant see how it can be classed as a duck. The fighter Jones did duck was Jirov back in 2002
