Agreed. Ross beat better fighters and he was the ONLY champ in 3 different division......simultaneously. Pac is working his way up though.

Ross, but if Pacquiao were to fight and beat Mayweather...I may still rank Ross higher, but I woudn't fault anyone for rating Pacquiao higher at that point.
