I dont want to upset anyone, its just how I see it based on all the footage I've seen of these great fighters.

That said, Louis is still a more legendary champion than everyone except Ali in my book. This is just how I see peak head to head matches going.

You really Joe would koed a focused Lennox??

That's why I don't like to talk fantasy matches with boxing fans(yeah I'm a boxer before being a fan).

The way they overrate boxing legends is ridiculous.

Face it,Lewis is FASTER than Louis,way taller,heavier,has more skills and more power.
Lewis get koed twice,but a roided McCall hits harder than a 185 pounds Max Schmelling.

Do you think the guys Louis was beating are beasts like Bowe,Tua,Tucker or Holyfield??NO!!!

I will answer that.....Joe Louis never beat a top 15 all-time heavyweight.

I think his best win is the Schmelling rematch,by first round ko it's awesome.
But Joe was exposed in the first fight as one-dimensionnal.
Anyway,Louis was a great puncher.

Yeah,I think Joe fought in a weak era,ala Klitschko,but at least,Joe managed to get koed only once.

Most of Joe's opponents were horrible or old.
