Other than Ali, who did beat these guys I would favour peak Holmes over all three in very tough matches. But I also think the best versions of the following fighters stand serious chances (in no particular order):

    Bowe
Lewis (But I'd be very nervous for him being knocked out)
    Holyfield
    Tyson

I hate not including Louis, I think he would have a fair chance over Frazier but not Liston or Foreman.

BAH beat me to it :/, was going to write down that I think a Peak Bowe would stand a good chance against them, but I would replace Tyson with Louis. Holyfield would go the distance but don't think he would beat them.

Ha ha, yep tough matches for anyone. I would include Louis but, the first Schmelling fight, the Galento fight and the Braddock fight indicate for me that Liston and Foreman at least would do even better, being so much more powerful than these guys.

Holyfield? Well the guy had a great chin, speed and workrate. They would all have their hands full at least.

As for poor Tyson, he does take some stick in head to head matchups these days. But I fancy that prime Tyson has a very good chance against all three in twelve rounders at least.

I'll probably get hell for this but I believe that Mike Tyson has a very good chance at KO'ing them all.

Foreman was not fast enough to deal with a guy like Mike. The closest thing he ever fought to a guy like Tyson was Frazier, who at the time wasn't very good. I think Tyson's ridiculous speed advantage, his low center of gravity making him a hard target to hit, his ability to bob and weave and avoid punches, and his incredible punching power mixed with his great combination's would be far too much for big George to handle.

I think Tyson would have a hard time landing cleanly on Frazier. Tyson isn't used to people pressuring him, especially when the guy has a disgusting left hook, great stamina and arguably more heart than any fighter in boxing history. I think it would come down to toe to toe exchanges, and I think Tyson is too fast, more powerful, and much more skilled than Frazier, so this fight ends with a Tyson TKO.

I think Frazier poses the most potential problems for him but I do believe he beats them all.

Ok, let me have it guys

I don't think what you said is crazy at all.I believe Tyson would KO Frazier as well.I think you stated how Tyson could beat Forman is the way he would/could beat him.I think it would be a KO for sure either way.I give Tyson a 50-50 chance of beating and KO'ing big George.I believe Sonny Liston would be the hardest match up for Mike.Liston had a granite chin to go with his awsome reach and power. But I would still give Tyson a 50% chance of beating Liston. So you have TWO fights that could go either way,and one fight that I give Tyson a 90% chance of winning by KO.No doubt he "might" KO all three. But he "might" also get KO'd himself.I don't think what you said is crazy or far fetched.Nice post.

I'll be honest, in Mike Tyson's prime there is not a fighter in the history of boxing that I would bet on when he's up against Tyson. I think he is capable of beating any HW in boxing history.

Totally agree with what you said there mate! Any fighter on my top 10 list (see sig) would have a chance against another!

I usually agree with you and respect your knowledge, but I cant agree here. 1-2 I agree with, but I reckon Foreman would spark Lennox Lewis.

Lewis's punch resistance wasnt great, and George was a beast with clubbing shots. Could LL outbox him? You betcha...but I feel sooner or later George would lower the boom.

Frazier too has a punchers chance v Lewis, but its a small one.

I also reckon Foreman and Joe may KO Louis. He was a master, but the chin was B grade-and with their power/heart [esp Smoke]-well its curtains.

Im not saying they would, only that they could.

My reasoning on LL vs Frazier is Lennox uppercut. He had a jarring uppercut Frazier would have to get hit by if he were to get inside. If Lewis can survive the Frazier onslaught and start landing this punch I'd give him a very good chance.

Foreman would probably have Joe on the canvas during this fight, but I don't think he could keep him there. Louis never stayed down in his prime and almost always came back harder after being hurt. I think Foreman is to wide open for Joe's pin point punches and his stamina was always suspect in his prime. Once Joe had him tired and hurt it would be over in my opinion.

Honestly I think these guys have the best chance at beating the guys named, but I would give a few others a chance also and could think of scenarios where they could also win. I certainly wouldn't bet on any of them though.

Well, I'll go with Ali, because he did beat all 3. And I'll also go with Marciano.
