you've lost the ball mate, when did i ever say i judge greatness solely upon a fighters boxing skills and physical capabilities????? well i don't, i take into consideration their body of work also, longevity, level of opposition fought, dominance, title defenses etc....so stop bringing up the same point

your entire post was centred around Ali's 'mouth' so i will stick to the topic......Muhammad Ali was the greatest self promoter of all time.....he talked alot of trash cause he knew it sold tickets and raised interest, although a few of his quips might have been to psyche his opponent out also.......

dempsey was better at boxing then ali because of dempseys record, his ko power in both hands, his versitility of powerful punches to the body and the head, the speed of his combos, his iron chin, unrelenting aggression, and the dempsey roll.
