Foreman fought Ali as he did Frazier and Norton...seek and destroy. However Ali was smart enough to avoid ko blows and outlast Foreman. If Foreman instead stepped back, relaxed and picked his shots Ali would have used his head as a speed bag. George in reality had no chance to win. He was not going to ko Ali and he was not winning a decision.

Ali in reality carried Lyle. When he opened up in round 11 he landed something like 35 unanswered blows without Lyle firing back even once nor defending himself. Bearing this in mind the stoppage was extremely valid.
