I'd say, yes. Queeny is old-school, likely very stuck in their ways, their profile pic of Sally Field from many, many, many decades ago goes in line with this. I'd say opinionated/part troll, with a good level of intellectualism and a fine baiting technique. Maybe not so much their full true self, but a partial character creation mixed with themselves, which is what The Great Nash is.
