His .356 career batting average is the fourth-highest in MLB history.[1] Jackson is often remembered for his association with the Black Sox Scandal, in which eight members of the 1919 Chicago White Sox participated in a conspiracy to fix the World Series. As a result, Commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis permanently banned Jackson and the other seven players from professional baseball after the 1920 season.

What time of day do you start drinking?
    - - Jackson had the highest batting average of the series and a flawless fielding average.

Moreover, all the public knew the series was fixed. A legal trial was held, but since the evidence included participation by the Chicago owners, the evidence suddenly disappeared so no trial was ever heard.

Crooked justice then and ongoing today...DUH!!!

I believe he's questioning you trying to say Jackson refused to partake in the throwing of the 1919 series when in fact he confessed to accepting money. You really are dense!!
