  • Adamek vs Estrada

    Round 1 Estrada

Good round for both but Estrada landed a serious of right
    hands on Adamek

    Round 2 Adamek

Adamek scored well to the body this round and landed a
combo on Estrada toward the end that punctuated the round
    for him imo

    Round 3 Estrada

Adamek tried to steal it down the stretch as he nailed Estrada but
i just felt Estrada had done enough work over the round and was
more consistent and landed more punches.

    Round 4 Adamek
Estrada tried to counter but i felt Adamek managed to get
through and land, plus he closed out the round better

    Round 5 Adamek

Adamek outlanded Estrada and landed a serious of 1 2 combos
toward the end of the round

    Round 6 Estrada (kind)

Close round but i thought Estrada just about edged it as he
landed a clean left hook early and another left hook and a
right hand in the second part of the round, not much to choose
    from in this round though

    Round 7 Adamek

Estrada is too inactive he is waiting to counter but Adamek
is getting in and out landing scoring shots on him

    Round 8 Adamek

Very good round for Adamek as he landed some solid punches
on Estrada and pushed him back,Estrada is waiting to counter
but he is the one getting countered in the meantime

    Round 9 Estrada

Not much in this round but Estrada may have took it on his
pressure as he forced Adamek on the backfoot

    Round 10 Adamek (Close)

Close competitive round but i just felt Adamek closed it out better, although
    Estrada also had his success.

    Round 11 Adamek

Adamek was a bit busier and landed more imo, he scored well
to the body to in this round

    Round 12 Estrada
I would have to give the last round to Estrada as i felt his pressure was
more effective, Adamek made a conscious effort to steal the round
but i dont think he did enough over the round

Estrada is too fat and methodical and while he has a good defence is very hittable,
if that makes any sense. Adamek fought at long range and got off first all night long
, Estrada tried to entice him in but Adamek was wise to it and kept it long instead of
languishing inside trying to land on Estrada, Adamek would peck away at him from
range land and get outta there, Adamek also went to the body throughout.

Adamek has actually impressed me with his speed in the last two fight against
    Golota & Estrada.

No question Adamek won the fight he may have won it wider than i scored it because
i was kinda to Estrade in a couple of rounds that could of gone either way, that
said the right man definitely won.

      Ruslan Provodnikov vs Jauregui

      Round 1 Provodnikov

Competitive but clear round for Provodnikov as he went
exclusively to the body, landed the harder punches and
punctuated the round with a hard right. Provodnikov
did wince from a left hook to the body

      Round 2 Provodnikov

Another exciting competitive round but Provodnikov was more active and landed
      more punches.

      Round 3 Provodnikov

Less coming back from Jauregui in this round as he got nailed with some big big
      punches this round.

      Round 4 Provodnikov

      Round 5 Provodnikov

Provodnikov far more active and landing all the clean hard punches, Jauregui is
too inactive and looking for single counters here and there but losing rounds

      Round 6 Provodnikov

Jauregui started well landing to the body and he landed the occasional right hand
throughout the round, however he was too inactive imo, Provodnikov took the round
      again on hard clear punches,consistency

      Round 7 Provodnikov

Round 8 Provodnikov absolutely nailing! Jauregui and managed to force a stoppage
as he pounded away at Jauregui who was taking some monster shots on the ropes.

Jauregui showed an unbelievable chin here. Provodnikov has
a terrible defence by boy does he bring it, he can punch
and he is also good body puncher, however movement is gonna be a problem
      later in his career imo.

      ------------------------------------------------------

Tyrone Harris vs Ji Hoon Kim

      Round 1 Tyrone Harris

Tyrone Harris putting pressure on straight away and landing to the body and
with the right hook upstairs, he jumped on Kim in the first round.

      Round 2 Tyrone Harris

Good round for Tyrone Harris as he countered well in this round landing the body and
scoring right and left hooks upstairs, generally outboxing Kim.

      Round 3 Ji Hoon Kim

Tyrone Harris came back a little toward the end but he let Kim outwork him for
the most part, Kim landed to the body and with the odd uppercut and was more
      consistent

      Round 4 Ji Hoon Kim
Tyrone Harris was winning the round by countering with the cleaner effective shots
but he switched off toward mid round and Kim overwhelmed him with activity

Round 5 Ji Hoon Kim picked up where he left and was overwhelming Harris
throwing the kitchen sink at him, Harris got dropped and when he got up
Kim went straight back at him and forced the stoppage, Harris protested against the
stoppage, watching the replay it seems that he was trying to cover up
and soak up Kim's shots rather than that he was badly hurt so id say that stoppage
      was premature.

Harris is a counter puncher who puts the ear muffs on (Winky esque) and he when
he got hurt he covered up and seemed to be looking for the right spot before
firing off a counter, however the ref must of assumed he was not throwing back because
he was badly hurt so he stopped the fight.

      -------------------------------------------------------------

      Julius Fogle vs Maxim Vlasov

Round 1,Vlasov was winning the round on pressure and went on to drop Fogle, Fogle
      failed to beat the count.

Watched the 1952 175 pound title fight between Joey Maxim and Ray Robinson. For the first 7 rounds, the Sugar man fought a perfect fight. There is not a single Middleweight in the history of the sport that would have defeated Robinson this night. Unfortunately, the 104 degree heat and maxim being a light heavy did SRR in. Unable to come out for the 14th round due to heat exhaustion, I had Robinson losing only 2 rounds. One of the greatest performances by a fighter in a losing effort. The first 7 rounds saw SRR hit Maxim at will with combos. It proves that he was the greatest of all time, as in these rounds, SRR was Picasso in the ring.

              • Nehomar Cermeno vs Cristian Mijares II

                1. Cermeno, 10-9
There wasn’t much in this round, but the moments of quality mostly came from Cermeno. He landed some straight rights to the body and head. He back up Mijares across the ring with one to the head, but it was mainly a balance issue. Cermeno is mostly flicking his jab out there. He’s able to get away with it though because he’s moving with he does it, giving Mijares a harder time to counter him.

                2. Mijares, 10-9
Close round, as there wasn’t much separating them. Cermeno was more active, albeit more stationary most of his jabs fell were slipped or blocked. Mijares clipped him began to counter him and landed an uppercut while Cermeno was bending over, best punch of the round.

                3. Cermeno, 10-9
Cermeno dictated the round. He flicked his jab out there, working the straight right to the body and head, and showing Mijares lateral movement. Mijares is having trouble tracking Cermeno down and mounting an attack. Cermeno is clinching him when he feels as though he’s getting pushed back too much.

                4. Cermeno, 10-9
Close round. Cermeno stood his ground more and was more aggressive. He landed a nice straight right, but a lot his combinations were picked off. Mijares did better down the last 45 seconds or so landing some nice shots. However, he was too inactive the first 2+ minutes for me to give it to him based on the work he did do at the end.

                5. Mijares, 10-9
Close round. There were many exchanges in this round, and while Cermeno threw more, Mijares was landing the better shots and slipping and blocking more.

                6. Cermeno, 10-9
Mijares blocked a lot of what Cermeno was throwing, but he fires nothing back in return. Cermeno wins the round on activity.

                7. Cermeno, 10-9
The round starts off fairly even, with maybe a slight edge to Mijares. However, as the rounds gets to around the minute mark, Mijares’ work rate drops off and lets Cermeno get off and fight at the pace he wants.

                8. Cermeno, 10-9
Again, Mijares isn’t throwing enough. It’s mainly due to the fact that Cermeno is controlling the tempo of the fight. Cermeno is throwing and then either getting out of range or clinching. It’s not allowing Mijares to get off, and he’s just blocking punches and hitting mostly air.

                9. Mijares, 10-9
This was Mijares’ best round in a while. He worked the body in this one, and managed to clip Cermeno much more than in previous rounds. Cermeno looks to be tiring, and he’s a bit more stationary and is getting a bit sloppy.

                10. Mijares, 10-9
Mijares lands the clean, harder shots of the course of the round. Over the past two rounds he’s made it a priority to go to the body, it’s something he should’ve done earlier.

                11. Cermeno, 10-9
Cermeno did what he’s done pretty much all fight. Throwing punches then stepping off and out of range or turning Mijares, and then clinching every now and then. It’s rendered Mijares pretty ineffective.

                12. Cermeno, 10-9
Did pretty much the same as round eleven, and most of the night for that matter. Throwing punches then stepping off and out of range or turning Mijares, and then clinching every now and then.

                116-112 (8-4), Nehomar Cermeno

I will post my card for Daiki Kameda vs Denkaosan Kaovichit later, and I've just got a copy of Beibuit Shumenov vs Gabriel Campillo I and will score that later tonight.
