Watched the Joyce Chisora fight... And it settles the debate for me! No way the antiquated fighters of yesteryear compete!!!

He chose the shorter less regarded prospect. And you're talking about this era? Lol, at least the guys in the top 10 are fighting one another. Vits early took the path of least resistance and carefully orchestrated his career saw his little more talented brother took on the best fighters of that era, and not himself.
I do not view Chirsoa among Vitali's best five wins. But it was a case of a much older man ( age 40 ) , beating a younger men ( age 28 ) with the older man having an injury.

All three judges unanimously scored the fight in favour of Klitschko, with scores of 118-110, 118-110 and 119-111.

Yet Chisora is still competitive vs. the best around today and beating contenders. I think that says it all.

No, that really doesn't say it all. Chisora was a prospect when he fought Vits. Vits could have fought Fury, but he didn't. He fought the prospect that lost to the better prospect. As far as Chisora goes after that....he got himself into part time contender status but could not stay there because he wasn't at an elite level. He then became a gatekeeper because he was tough enough to hang, just not good enough to win against the cream of the crop. Joyce? He lost 2 of his last 3 by KO, and the one win he had in those three fight was against a prospect who lost his previous fight to a 6-1 prospect. Hardly a huge win in the big scheme of things, but exactly what a gatekeeper does. You don't really know boxing.

Just out of curiosity was Chisora a mandatory for Vitalie? It would not surprise me... Either way this is accurate!!

Really?? Show me the proof that Vitali was offered to fight Fury. DO IT, otherwise I think your nose is growing. You must have a 4 incher by now.

So now you say Chisroa is a part time contender. Way to change your verbiage.
