Eddie Futch named Ali,Louis,Johnson as his joint top three heavyweights of all time, but he is dead,[Oct10th 2001,] so that doesn't count.

      Nat Fleischer 1971 Johnson #1
      Nigel Collins #6
      Charlie Rose #2
      Bert Sugar 2011 #3

      Gilbert Od

      Teddy Atlas #3
      John Duran #2
      Mike Casey #4
      Terry Connolly #3
Bill Brennan (former WBA president) #4

      Tyson Bruce #4
      Arthur Harris #4
      Matt Hamilton #3
      Richard Obrien #5
      Herb Goldman #6 ?
      Steve Farhood #3
      Traci Callis #2

The ones in red are deceased. Most of the others I have never heard of or didn't bother to look them up to check the obituaries. The youngest man on the list Is either Atlas or Farhood. They are alive. I am familiar with Callis and have conserved with the man before. I have heard of Casey, who is fantastic writer.

Now can you list you own thoughts. I have a list of 50 names to post when you first answer my question with your own thoughts. I promise its is rather detailed..

Once again why do you think, not 65+ year old men or the deceased men thoughts. All of the living names never saw Johnson alive and unless they are boxing film guru's have not seen what I have.

So what, no bet? Do you want me to do the homework and when I post it you leave? If that's the case I will. My point is, my OPINIONS align more with historians than yours, and the average time of their deaths would coincide with the time period I named. Your hatred of Johnson is well documented, so if you don't like the terms to bad, so sad.

He's ridiculous. I think we all know what he's doing, he just wants to create a smear campaign against Johnson. If he didn't he'd post his own list and maybe we could find an in between. Fact is, in the last 30 years I've never seen Johnson bumped from the top 10 on any credible list even with the additions of Tyson (some don't have top 10), Holyfield (some don't have top 10) Lewis and Wlad (some don't have top 10).

But you're incapable of honesty and i suspect if you were open about where you're coming from you'd cop a ban very quickly. I've told you before: I've been on sports forums a long time and i've seen your kind from day 1. You aren't original and if i've seen one of you i've seen all of you: You're all the same in the end, and you're all a waste of my time.

Bye troll with 20 total posts. Way to have have an agenda against somebody who said nothing about you. Suddenly you name appears? Why isn't that a surprise. Odds are you are just an alt, and I typically don't talk to them.

My best guess is you will be gone soon. You first post was 06-10-2024 according to a search. I wonder who was banned around that time

My list is based on resume, level of competition and longevity. Head to head is completely irrelevant when it comes to ranking fighters because it simply isn't something you can apply as factual.

                    1. Joe Louis
                    2. Muhammad Ali
                    3. Larry Holmes
                    4. Lennox Lewis
                    5. Jack Johnson
                    6. George Foreman
                    7. Mike Tyson
                    8. Sonny Liston
                    9. Evander Holyfield
                    10. Wladimir Klitschko
                    11. Rocky Marciano
                    12. Joe Frazier
                    13. Harry Wills
                    14. Jack Dempsey
                    15. Ezzard Charles
                    16. Ken Norton
                    17. Joe Wlacott
                    18. Sam Langford
                    19. Jim Jeffries
                    20. Rid**** Bowe

Honorable mention: Oleksander Usyk, Joe Jeannette, Tyson Fury, Max Schmeling, Vitali Klitschko.

I expect Usyk to move up this list before his career is over barring a move back down to Cruiserweight.
                    Cliff Rold's list.
