Tyson haters always have double standards.

“All of Tysons wins in the 80s were against bums” while they include likes of Old Holmes, Tony Tucker, and Frank Bruno on Lennox’s resume.

“Tyson bit holyfield reee” while conveniently ignoring that holyfield was butting Tyson throughout the Rematch and even right before the ear bite, while every fighter who fought holyfield complained of the headbutts. Not to mention Holyfield HIMSELF bit someone in the amateurs.

You can’t seriously argue with those who believe 2002 tyson was the same guy as he was in the 80s. I’ve always maintained Holyfield beat the best version of mike that ever lost.

He had a fan friendly style and lots of charisma. Although his casual fans get on my grinds when they think he’s top 3 greatest boxers of all time when in reality he barely makes the top 10 ATG HWs.
