    GAMR SET & MATCH!

You forgot a fighter named Jack. I wonder why? And a HOF fighter named Carpentier. And a fighter named Harry. And Tom Hereney. There are some other guys which you forgot about... In fact you forgot a lot of boxing or never knew much. Pick one.

Game, set, match? You are not even playing my game. Stop while you are far behind.

Give me Wills top 5 wins, with the ages and condition of his opponents. This could get interesting.

I have seen Wills on film and he disapoints.

Doesn't matter who you would pick, Wills was the most deserving challenger.

How many heavyweight champions didn't fight the best challenger available for nearly their entire reign? I don't care how strong or weak the era, its gotta be a very short list, and a matk against them for doing so. How many can you think of?

That's it? Johnson to should be criticized for not fighting the best, and I have done that on numerous occasions. Is that all?? Because if that's it than Dempsey surely deserves the criticism for not fighting Wills.

I didn't think it necessary to add Dempsey as its one of the most famous fights ever, but yes 31years old ,3 years out of the ring Dempsey.
I did forget Heeney but so has everyone else! lol

Carpentier was a light heavy and washed up.
            Greb was a middleweight .

We are talking about their respective wins at heavyweight!
Which other guys at heavyweight did Tunney beat that you think are worth including?

            Name them.
ps You cant have Gibbons he was 34 and having his last fight.
            Under 32 you said.

            So Tunney has

Dempsey 1 st fight 31 and 3 years out of the ring

            Madden 36-24-7

            Weinert x2 57-12-8.

            Risko 19-7-0

Who on Tunneys record equals a 28 and 30 years old Langford with 2 good eyes?

            A 29 years old Firpo?

            A 31 years old McVey?

            A 29 years old Fulton?

Johnson twice signed to defend against Jeannette in NY and posted a cash bond, the NYAC vetoed the fight, statements from all parties can be found in Pollack's 2nd Vol Jack Johnson The Reign.
