I have 20/300 vision to wear glasses since I was twelve, close to legally blind. Didn't stop me from seeing up close when I played football or trained at my punching bags. They were only for driving and school so I could see the blackboard. Come reading or test time, they was ditched and I don't bother to wear them today, period.

I couldn't read the chart with my right eye,but I have never been legally blind in it, and neither was Frazier when he was an active fighter.

Except he wasnt blind in one eye during his career and wore a contact lens in his left for a couple of his last fights.You don't wear a contact lens if you have vision in an eye.
