We (CIA) should send in high tech sapers the night of the fight abd round mid way through round two, black out broadcast to the world, making it not just a financial bust (not that would bother the Saudi), but more importantly a high tech international humiliation.
The Saudi have been playing the duplicitous "Islamic Ally" game with us for over thirty years now, it's time we answered back with a little Western Cold War 'relationship.'
We'll deny it all, blame some South American country.
Why: (1) for payback we can't acknowledge, (2) to keep our guys sharp, (3) send a little message, we are still us.
Yea, we should shut down the fight, midway through round 2.
