Pryor versus Arguello 1&2 anyone remember these two mega fights!?

For me that first win was forever tainted. I never understood the hype around Pryor. His best wins were a washed up Cervantes and Arguello moving up in weight—with the help of a mixed water bottle. He had an impressive run as an amateur with a win over Hearns, but that was about it. I believe Leonard would have beaten him rather easily had they fought.

Pryor did catch Arguello moving up, but you can see Arguello's shots, just turning pryor's head... And when Arguello beat a young Mancini wasn't he moving up as well? I mean you could see that the shots catching Pryor were physically affecting his body, he just wasn't reacting to them lol. By contrast when Mancini started getting caught late in that fight, it did not last long.

Maybe there was something in that bottle!

Tainted with what though? I want some of that shiat, or at least could have used some when my mother in law was still around... Don't let her 240 pounds, or so of herniated surface area fool ya! Women was a certified husband killer! Called me a Philadelphia lawyer!! When the wife and I were living in the area, wifey working on thesis in Lafayette LA, she would not come into the house because we were not yet married and living in sin... Try explaining to crazy neighbors what big women is doing outside front door, much less trying to cover that ground for a rabbit punch!

Flattery will get you nowhere! Did graduate work, year and a half, in a year, at University of Toronto, when my first born came out I left the program. So I never completed PHD. Did complete MA and all my coursework.
