Leaving aside the fact that the OP asked for heavyweights.

KNOCK DOWN POWER IN EITHER HAND is the criteria.

Loughran wasn't a puncher with either hand.14 kos in126 fights for a k o percentage under 12% .Which fighters did he knock down with either hand?

Griffith 112 fights 23 kos for a percentage of 20%, again who did he KD with either hand?

Who did Holmes ever KD with a left? Holmes also wasn't a combination puncher, he was a basic ,"one two guy",left jab right cross ,he rarely threw left hooks.

Benny Leonard had a fine right cross,I may be wrong, but I don't think he floored many,if any with a left hook?
I think you may have misread it, he didn’t mention Heavyweights.

“Which fighter had the Greatest Arsenal of Punches in History?

By Which I mean had the widest array of punches that they could, and consistently would, land accurately, at a high quality, and with force.

I know all boxers could throw all punches, but not all of them consistently would (some guys just relied on one or two). Others would, throw them all, but some of their punches were just for show, or did little damage, or they couldn't really land them. I am not talking about them, I want to know who had the greatest arsenal of punches in all of history.“

You're right! I was reading the post below it! I GOT IT WRONG!
      ,
ps Loughran still doesn't belong on the list,he was almost exclusively a left jab artist, which was forced upon him by bad hands.

Sorry my fault for changing the question. I just didn't have the knowledge of boxing technique to pass judgement. So I simplified the question. I probably should have started my own thread.

Some had more power in each hand than others but they all mixed up their punches and were effective combination punchers.
You probably committed an oversight. Gibbons was not a big puncher. Quite the opposite, as he himself says here. The Gibbons boys were masters of pure scientific boxing, as it was called then. Anyone they did hurt was due to their astute punch placement, not power. Tommy discusses punch placement a little here.

Holmes knocked down Ossie Ocassio with a left jab. That is the only one I know of. Even the power of his right was not great. Holmes was more of an attrition fighter who was a good boxer than anything else. He had to wait until late, then hit his tired men a bunch of times to take them out. I pretty much agree with your whole post. About half the guys on there do not belong on this particular list. Case in point being Griffith. Swarmers seldom have a huge punch, and Griffith was no exception. They rely on volume. What Griffith had (for pure power) was a decent punch, throwing a lot of them though.

                      Gibbons disagrees with you.
