I am not sure what you were told. I am ignorant of devil worshiping, too, and don't care there either. Moslem consciousness resides in about the 14th century. Pouring over the Koran makes even less sense than pouring over the Bible which at least has older history. I only pay attention to a Moslem if he has his scimitar out.
