Good posters don't insult people just for disagreeing, and they don't start alts to troll from. Just one man's opinion.

DR Z/ Mendoza ,is the most phobic and noxious Johnson hater I've ever come across on any forum.
His notoriety on the subject got him banned from Classic.
Now he's here ,spreading the same lies that he knows have been disproved many times in the past.

He's finally attracted a partner in crime who as you say, has the same hate agenda,the same blind compulsion to promote ridiculous non-points.

He's ducking my questions! What other forums does he post on? He said two! Well what are they? I have asked twice. He's hiding behind additional alts and ducking the question. He has yet to admit here that he claimed a 137 IQ. But he said that as East side boxing. Recently he posting a regular heavyweight match here and there are other threads on the match in the general forum. He says he done using personal attacks. HA! I wish. We'll see how long that lasts.

Down under, Europe; the press and the public they served to inform, influence and entertain were as bigoted and anti-Johnson as they were in the States. This was sparring, and you can read only so much into what occurs while doing that. Gunboat Smith, of course was later a candidate for next best heavyweight on the planet in the years directly leading up to the first World War, and had real power. Great newspaper find buddy, and thanks for sharing!!

It was a sparring session, not an exhibition. Today we tend to think of an exhibition as an organized, pre-scheduled event for the public, or members of the public. This was a training session. Sometimes the wording used in those days can be deceptive. It may have been written something like "Today Jack Johnson and Gunboat Smith gave an exhibition of boxing that delighted those fans who attended Johnson's camp to watch the champ prepare for his upcoming defense against Stanley Ketchel... blah blah blah" This doesnt mean that it was an exhibition as we now recognize today but that his abilities, or training was literally on EXHIBIT.
