The fight was stopped between the 14th and15th round with Frazier on his stool having taken a beating in the previous round because he had to stand upright to see the shots coming.Futch did the right thing
Ali never once screamed at Dundee cut the gloves off in that fight.
What a strange little chap you are?

Loads of boxing people thought Mosley was going to be great.

he could have been with the right career. He was a lightweight who never got to prove how great he was as a lightweight because he crushed the basic competition that was around at the time. His his best years actually were spent fighting above his weight class, against top tier oponents. His biggest fights happened past prime. He had a tough career, very tough career. Had Mosley been 135 and on his best night - he could **** with anyone. I'd take him over Floyd, I think he's so much better than anyone Floyd faced at 135 and it's not even close. It would be a tough call though, He would have to catch and hurt Floyd.

On the other hand Floyd had a carefully curated career that was watched over with a keen eye. He stepped up very slowely and timed his fights so they took place on good ground. It wasn't very often we saw Floyd get into a dangerous fight. Usually they happened when the opponent looked beatable or wasn't good enough to beat him in the first place. This is smart on Floyds behalf because now he get's rated higher, because the people judging him are usually casuals, not deep boxing experts.
