I didn't realize he was 6'2", so you are quite possibly right. Apparently he's saying he weighs the same as the first AJ fight. We know how that turned out, so hopefully it's a good sign for him.

Ortiz is closer to 50, and doubtful he will offer much more than trying to counter with some haymakers and putting on his earmuffs. If Andy applies pressure without getting sloppy or careful this could be over by mid rounds or sooner. This fight will tell us what each man has left in the tank.

I see Ruiz winning. Ortiz appeared to have no legs in the Martin fight. He went down the first time from a hard jab

more muscle, less fat, same weight...seems, theoretically, like the perfect formula. We'll see how that works out in reality.

I got Ruiz inside of 6

            - - To be fair, Luis was overly excited charging in to finish off a hurt I Walk Like a God. More defensive lapse than chin weakness.

Ruiz likely could have finished if he had been in better shape. Ortiz, a few years younger, would have won.

                - - Fat Andy 16 months absent coming off major knee surgery.

He's warmed up now with active future fight plans to KO any version of Ortiz there ever was, is, or will be. Ortiz was one of a cast of more than a half dozen notably including Blubber and Deyonce who passed on AJ American debut after Big ****** Baby got popped thrice for some nasty ****tails.

What got into new fans, adopting gutless heavies over proven warriors like Andy and AJ and Usyk?

Ortiz looked closer to 50 than 40,and Ruiz allowed him to fight at his own pace.I thought Ortiz' punch resistance looked suspect against Martin this fight confirmed it.
Ruiz had shed some weight, but was still as fat as Tony Galento ever was.
Poor fight very pedestrian, Oritz relying on the southpaw lead and the very occasional straight left, did far too little.
Ruiz stood off much too much he has no head movement ,and should have been rolling under the lead and coming up to the body.Usyk would mince him.
Oritz is now a back number a hyped old fighter with a very shallow resume
