    He’s Top 10 though for me, all things considered.
    I'd like to see the whole list if you have it, or at least a partial one.

      Doesn't winning factor into defining a GOAT?

      Great catch!

      People consistently ignore how much bigger Mayweather was. Isn't a fighter as great as his heralds claim supposed to beat a great smaller man who is significantly smaller?

        I saw Mayweather come up, you could see he was special right away. I saw Pac pre Barrera and told everyone about this Pinoy with the jab jab left hand. This is not bragging cause it was obvious and they both became huge. My brother saw Fury turn pro and right after he said he’d be HW champ one day. Lots of things can derail a career but you can see the guys that have the natural ability of things go right.
        My family went to Floyd vs Judah. Great card. Great time. Fortunate to have been able to do it.
        I always thought Floyd would beat Manny. I enjoy both fighters and may the best man win of course. Floyd was always going to make manny drop his output and connect percentage. That’s gives manny way less chance to land the big one, pile on damage, cut Floyd etc. He’s just a bad style for everyone. He’s stronger and quicker than he looks. Plus counters hurt. I also think Zab landed a KD vs Floyd. ( glove touch ) Floyd is still more of a shock to his opponents than they are to him.

          Look the same size to me

          They weigh the same on their unofficial in ring weigh ins.

            I don’t have one but it would be somenting like this no order

            Robinson
            Charles
            Greb
            Moore
            Armstrong
            Ali
            R.Leonard
            B.Leonard
            Mayweather

            I’ll just leave the 10th spot because so many could go there;

            Pacquaio
            Langford
            Duran
            McClarnin
            Ross

            Loads more I’m sure I’ve missed some obvious ones out.

              If you can't admit that MW had every physical advantage except weight, which was even, what can you admit, by buggery?

              * * * * *

              This is directed not at you, but to everyone. I admit I never understood why Moore is ranked so highly. He never could beat Ezzard Charles even once. And even little Charley Burley beat him several times without a loss to him.

              It doesn't work for me to say: "Well. he was a lot better, if they had given him a chance when he was younger." We don't give points for what a fighter might have done if things were different, remember? The only one who seems to get this pass is Moore. I am not saying everyone is wrong. I am just saying they are suspect. I judge him on what he did, not what he may have done in better circumstances. Maybe I just need to know Moore better, or talk to someone who can convince me. What's the excuse for not being able to beat Burley?

                I mean, perhaps slightly.

                Few inches height, few inches reach, same weight in the ring.

                He hardly dwarfs the guy, does he? They're practically the same size.

                  It is pretty apparent to me who is the bigger man. It was not the worst size-mismatch I have ever seen, but it was easily noticeable. MW the naturally bigger man who started at super featherweight, while Pacquiao broke in as a flyweight. That is four or five divisions. Just because they weighed the same does not mean they carried the weight equally. Pacquiao was further from his natural weight than MW was.

                    What I like about Manny was the way he turned his life around through religion and the hope he gave to many people especially the Filipino people where there is a great deal of poverty eg rags to riches story.

                    Really like your post. I would of loved to have the seen the likes of Floyd Mayweather Jr and Tyson Fury fight live.

                      I would say definitely YES. First consideration would be record. His is 50-0. Then, world titles. He has 9 major, 2 minor. Level of competition. He fought Pacquiao, De La Hoya, Canelo, Hatton and Cotto to name a few. So, yeah, an undefeated champion with 9 titles, in several weight classes, who beat at least 2 fighters in the GOAT conversation qualifies in my opinion.
                      Oh, I almost forgot. The first thing I look at, even before record, is the eye test. This is obviously very subjective, but watch the guy fight. You can look at stats, but how good is he really? How does he fight? Is he accurate? Good defense? Feints, slips, etc. Is he fundamentally sound? How well does he set up punches, combos? Gotta pass the eye test. JMHO
