No he's not overrated. He's rated just fine, usually when people know WTF they're talking about. So top 5-10 heavyweight is about right. Heavyweight was a historically competitive division, so you didn't see longevity there until it got weaker, like when Wlad took over. That's why resume and quality of wins are important as well.
