      I read that they have his ancestral home marked off as a museum of sorts... Of course He grew up in a small place with lots of siblings lol... so its no Hollywood mansion lol...

        Happy birthday to the blacksmith.

        Beat the tar out of Jim Jeffries in their rematch before eventually succumbing to the 40+ lbs weight advantage and the 13 year age difference. Broke the big man's nose and a couple of ribs before going down in defeat.

            - - Fitz the first ever p4p fighter of the gloved era. Noteworthy that Fitz took in raw Joe Gans into his camp who became the 2nd great p4p fighter.

                Blacksmiths were always very strong. Some old time strongmen came out of blacksmithing.

                  Broke his nose and cut his face to bits,don't think he broke any of Jeff's ribs though.
