So Fury screwed himself. This happen often in the game e.g. Camacho-Bramble

I remember Hector Camacho was all geared up for a million dollar fight with Ray Mancini, as soon as Mancini got by his WBA mandatory.

So of course Bramble stops Mancini and Camacho watches the big fight go bye bye.

It takes three years to get Bramble ready (popular enough) for a Camacho-Bramble fight.

Don King first had to steal Bramble from the Duvas and then he wanted to cash in twice on Bramble.

So King created The Preamble to Bramble double feature. Camacho against old but popular Boza-Edwards (who was a perfect warm up opponent for Hector. Popular guy but no real threat.)

But foolish Don King, he got greedy, he put Bramble in the ring with Edwin Rosairo. Big, big mistake.

Rosairo had already given Camacho hell, coming very close to victory; Bramble was the perfect fighter for Rosairo, a fighter who would stand in front of him.

The Camacho-Bramble fight was already to go. It didn't need more hype.

King had a right, I guess. to try to get two events out of it, but he should have put a stawman in front of Bramble and let him win by quick KO. Instead of giving him Rosairo.

SO why was Rosairo there? 1.Because King still had one more contract fight with Rosairo that he wanted to cash in on. (There's always more money in it for King if he has control of a fighter and isn't using an outsider.) 2. Camacho was saying very ****** things like: "Bramble still needs to prove himself." (I suspect Don King sold Camacho that very ****** line by playing on Hector's ego.)

So Rosairo massacred Bramble and Camacho watched a second million dollar fight slip away.

    RESULTS:

Bramble was finished; King wasn't interested in Rosairo (he would never go mega In the States); Camacho broke contract with King (King didn't bother chasing him with a suit) and fought his next fight at JWW for a reported 50K.

I wonder, years from now if we will find out how the Fury-AJ mega fight was thrown away; was it for simular short-sightedness and greed? Probably.

Oh! --- Fury vs. the 'Russian guy doesn't sell half the AJ buys; Fury might as well fight Wilder for the 'chump change.'

Boy I wish I could make that kind of 'change' - but also I feel I need to add that Queenie was right Fury ******!

    - -Fury AND Deyonce both have some kind of mental deficiency, or perhaps just lack of gameness believing AJ would knock them out.

Now, if AJ wins the Usyk rematch which is certainly possible depending the condition of his damaged eye, he can still pretty much command big purses in the UK fighting most anyone, but I also think he's smarter than boxing and probably retired 2 years from now. He's far too nice for such a crooked sport that chews up and spits out fighters like a sausage grinder.

Fury with the Corona may be permanently damaged, so Deyonce if someone repaired that dent in his ****** noggin might well have Fury for dinner. If I'm AJ I'd steer clear as it ain't worth investing in a promotion to have them suddenly exit the premises leaving everyone high and dry, and then the WBC don't want the heavywts unified with other belts. Let'em clean up the peanut division where they belong.

BTW, this is Fury's 1st title defense if he goes through with the fight. Remember, he rode outta Dodge straight away into the looney ward for the Wlad rematch.

I think people have lost perspective in this division... not realizing that there is a sharp distinction between the average ability, the prospects coming up, some of whom show a lot of talent, and the top of the division. I say this because, while Fury is an incredible fighter, Wilder is very determined and has shown he can knock Fury... If fury can't get up for this fight, we could have a new, unexpected mega fight between Usyk and Wilder.

            - -Nobody wants to watch Deyonce/Fury much less Usyk/either. No matter, Usyk ain't winnin' the AJ rematch. AJ busted him up and it only gets worse for Usyk who prob retires after the rematch anyway as there is noone else who pays like a AJ fight...NOONE!!!

Uysk vs. Joshua will be closer, but Usyk will win again I think

I'm guessing if Wilder wins the rematch it paves the way for a 4th fight between them. Still a lot of money on the table. If AJ loses his rematch with Usyk, I think that's when his stock will really plummet.

Fury didn't screw himself. He has a rematch clause with Wilder that an arbitrator decided was binding.

There's nothing he could do about that, a fight with Joshua couldn't happen next.
