        The answer is no

The man went 1 -4 against hearns, hagler and leonard.

Are we going to ignore that he was older than all of them, fighting them in their primes but most likely not his?
Additionally, that he is smaller than all of them, yet fought them all at their best weight classes, not his?

An example to support the first argument, and there are many, would be Ali v Holmes. Ali was 0-1 vs Holmes in the ring. Do we proclaim Holmes as being greater than Ali for this, or do we accept that Ali was older and Holmes was prime? I think most of us choose the latter.

And look at the weight class difference, a prime Duran was fighting at 135 yet he fought each of these others at 147 and above. Once again, there are many example of when a generally accepted greater fighter lost to a bigger man because the greater fighter wasn't at his best weight. Greb went 1-4 vs Tunney, yet most everyone has Greb as being greater fighter, recognizing his best was at MW whereas Tunney was a LHW/HW.

greatest fighter alive is the topic.

Ali went 5-1 against the legends of his time. Foreman, liston, Frazier. So that was a bs analogy you gave.

You cant be the greatest fighter alive when you lost to greater fighters that accomplished more and are still alive.

                Simple mathematics.

So we are ignoring weight differences and prime. Thats a mistake, as is just counting all wins as equal. Not to play strawman here, but based on that logic you would have to rank AJ ahead of Wlad alltime- which is wrong but it holds with the logic being used.

Duran moving up from lw and beating Srl in his prime, at his prime weight is by far the biggest and most meaningful wins of any of the 4 against each other. Moreover, your simple use if h2h ignoring context is mistaken

leonard over hearns and hagler are more meaningful considering the leonard/duran rematch.

Duran doesn't come before leonard period
