Iole never produced a copy of that contract. Schaefer said he never saw such a contract.
You can hijack another thread with another Vietnam war of attrition, but once Manny agreed to testing, Floyd countered with endless excuses and goal post moving to delay that fight.

Arum doesn't have a copy of the contract either. Floyd admitted to marinating for five years, so we got it straight from his mouth. He insists he deserved credit for being "smart" and making it a bigger fight much later on. Pacquiao never ducked anyone in his career. The 43 year old guy who is taking on the #1 welter in boxing right now did not fear Floyd while Manny was still in his prime. Floyd is fighting an 0-1 Tiktokker, lol.
"We have a contract that they sent us and all the terms have been agreed to," Arum said. "All this that's been going on – 'Bob Arum doesn't want it,' and 'I'm entitled to this and that,' is all [expletive]. All [expletive]. This is their lawyer who prepared this, sent copies to everyone. … This isn't something I wrote and passed out. Their lawyer did this and sent it to us."

What do you think the "this" is that's being referred to? Take a wild guess. lol

"This" sounds like someone tried to dump on the public a PR disguised as a contract. Arum seems to be calling "this" meaningless.

No I did not. You just can’t accept that someone has an opinion that is different from yours. You have this deep rooted need to always try and prove you are right and someone else is wrong. Everything is a challenge to you. You could have stopped at any time, then again you probably can’t.

You decided to turn this into another heated debate about Floyd/PAC with the same old arguments you make on other never ending threads you are a part of. You do this all the time, only most times it’s Dempsey you like to run conspiracies around. You even brought him up in this thread! You can’t help yourself.
Who was the first to mention Floyd so called stalling the fight? That would be you because the mere mention of the man triggers you. Remember when you would follow me around threads and bring up Mayweathr out of nowhere? Don't make me prove it again. I have receipts.

If that's the case, what about reports that Pacquiao was asking what the consequences would be if he failed during the first negotiation? Hmmm.
Yea, Pacquiao had surgery to clean up his shoulder, just like Mayweather had surgery after the Berto fight to clean up his shoulders. Anyone with a brain knows that wasn't a full rotator cuff tear or he wouldn't have been swimming, playing basketball, and claiming he was healed by God and salt water instead of going to rehab
Manny's documented shoulder problems up there with his leg cramps widely disseminated and discussed in the day. Most athletes carry nagging injuries into competition as an accepted practice. Rotator cuff injuries are endemic, but can generally be dealt with. I had em bad when I was going full maniac on my heavybag for a few years. Various times I thought an arm was ready to drop off just walking down the street, but the next day on the bag I'd tear it up again. Finally I busted the bag up beyond repair that stopped that painful feeling and felt fine since with no surgery.
I, however, didn't have to count of 1-2 fights a year to make my living, so it's like a bad knee that an athlete lives with that finally needs an operation. Got one of them too that leaves me needing a cane for a few days now and again, but that didn't stop me from running a 50 sec quarter mile a few years ago. I don't get paid to chase down muggers and none of the pitbulls want to play when I come after them, so no biggie.
