    See you

"Yea but coming from Dudley that's like 'I love you,'" said Harry, torn between annoyance and a desire to laugh as Aunt Petunia continued to clutch at Dudley as if he had just saved Harry from a burning building."Are we going or not?" roared Uncle Vernon, reappearing yet again at the living room door. "I thought we were on a tight schedule!""Yes -yes, we are," said Dedalus Diggle, who had been watching these exchanged with an air of bemusement and now seemed to pull himself together. "We really must be off. Harry -"He tripped forward and wrung Harry's hand with both of his own."\a151good luck. I hope we meet again. The hopes of the Wizarding world rest upon your shoulders."Harry led them all back into the kitchen where wow gold, laughing and chattering, they settled on chairs, buy cheap wow dold, sat themselves upon Aunt Petunia's gleaming work surfaces, or leaned up against her spotless appliances; Ron, long and lanky; Hermione wow gold, her bushy hair tied back in a long plait lord of the rings gold; Fred and George, grinning identically; Bill, badly scarred and long-haired; Mr. Weasley, kind-faced, balding, his spectacles a little awry; Mad-Eye, battle-worn, one-legged, his bright blue magical eye whizzing in its socket; Tonks, whose short hair was her favorite shade of bright pink; Lupin, grayer, more lined; Fleur, slender and beautiful, with her long silvery blonde hair; Kingsley, bald and broad-shouldered; Hagrid, with his wild hair and beard WOW Power leveling, standing hunchbacked to avoid hitting his head on the ceiling; and Mundungus Fletcher, small, dirty, and hangdog, with his droopy beady hound's eyes and matted hair. Harry's heart seemed to expand and glow at the sight: Hefelt incredibly fond of all of them, even Mundungus wow gold, whom he had tried to strangle the last time they had met. Harry looking for wow gold at the world..."Oh," said Harry, "right. Thanks.""Farwell, Harry," said Hestia also clasping his hand. "Our thoughts go with you.""I hope everything's okay," said Harry with a glance toward Aunt Petunia and Dudley."Oh I'm sure we shall end up the best of chums," said Diggle slightly, waving his hat as he left the room. Hestia followed him.Dudley gently released himself from his mother's clutches and walked toward Harry who had to repress an urge to threaten him with magic. Then Dudley held out his large, pink hand."Blimey, Dudley," said Harry over Aunt Petunia's renewed sobs, "did the dementors blow a different personality into you?""Dunno," muttered Dudley, "See you, Harry.""Yea \a133" said Harry, raking Dudley's hand and shaking it. "Maybe. Take care, Big D."Dudley nearly smiled. They lumbered from the room. Harry heard his heavy footfalls on the graveled drive, and then a car door slammed.Aunt Petunia whose face had been buried in her handkerchief looked around at the sound. She did not seem to have expected to find herself alone with Harry. Hastily stowing her wet handkerchief into her pocket, she said, "Well - good-bye" and marched towards the door without looking at him."Good-bye" said Harry.

It's a problem because his Kool Aid drinking nuthuggers are the most fanatically ignorant posters on the forum. They think boxing began and ended with "Iron Bite". They are consistantly obnoxious, thoroughly delusional, and can't image boxing is actually bigger than there rapist hero. Not to mention they usually have no idea what greatness in a fighter actually is because they can't see past their flawed idol, who, if you ask them, HAS no flaws which is utterly laughable. I hope their entire cult of personality drinks acid and dies.

Dude, you're like 40. I was a kid when Tyson was comin up, how can he not have an influence on my interest of boxing.

Think when you were a kid, what boxers during that period inspired you? ALI's gotta be one of them. Or all the other old school boxers.

Tyson's dope. He career should have gone a lot better, but Tyson wouldn't be Tyson without the baggage.

When i think about greatness, i also include fighting style.

Obviously he couldn't accomplish what he should have accomplished because of the people he had around and the fighters available to him in the heavyweight division.

But Tyson's fighting capability....how can you argue that it wasn't great?

The difference is when I was a kid I became a fan of the SPORT rather than any particular boxer. I had my favorite fighters but if they never were I'd still be a fan of the sport. No particular fighter got me "into" it.

Kool Aid refers to the cyanide laced drink that the Jim Jones guzzled in Guyuana. Hence a "Kool Aid drinker" is a mindless cultist who would drink the "potion" if their god told them too.

Now, I differentiate between a "fan" and a "nuthugger". I generally have no problems your typical fan. Nuthuggers are another matter entirely: They are completely unreasoning in their fanatical devotion to their boy. They never allow fact or reality to interfere with their little dream world. They simply cannot make an objective statement about anything. Naturally, it's impossible to have any kind conversation with them at all because, as true-believers, they cannot be reasoned with and make post about their hero and his abilities that are completely out of touch with reality.

                    Not another Tyson nut-hugging thread!

Here's my take: Tyson was the most explosive puncher the sport has ever known, and this allowed him to dominate against mediocre opposition. But he was cannon fodder for anyone who a) knew how to box and b) did not buy into the Tyson mystique. Journeyman Buster Douglas destroyed a 22 or 23 year old Tyson, Holyfield crushed a Tyson who was not much older than that - don't tell me he was out of his ****ing prime - and we all know what the likes of Lewis, McBride, and Williams did to him. And Lewis was older than Tyson for God's sake!

People misinterpret Tyson's cat-like reflexes and hand-speed as "skill" when in reality he had none. He had no ring intelligence, and most importantly, no heart.

By virtue of his punching power alone, I rate him about as high as I do Ernie Shavers.

If people are going to say he got knocked out in his prime (Because he came in under prepared) then we can go on about Dempsey getting knocked out in the first round in his prime (because he was starved, apparently). Just shows how incapable of a champion he was .

He did have skills, saying he didn't have skills would be ******, he possessed the same skills as Patterson, only he was a legit heavyweight with a solid chin and more power.

He may have lost to Holyfield anyways ( at least I think) but he would have busted up "Buster" on a better day.

You CAN'T say this post is a nuthugger post.

Thats pathetic that you rate him on the same level as Earnie Shavers. Yet you have Rocky as the no.1 champ.
