Foreman by tko inside seven. Marciano is tailor made for
Big George. Prime for prime, The Rock is going to walk into Foremans power the same way Frazier did.

Prime Rock-Old George.......Marciano has geat Stamina, threw plenty of punches and was resilient. If Rocky can stay out of Formans range and get in and out on the much Bigger AND slower Foreman he's got a shot to beat George ala Tommy Morrison. If he stays inside theres a good chance he get caught like Moorer. I doubt he gets knocked cold like Moorer, but if he gets caught he would be in a world he's never been in before. I think Goerge would jump on him and pummle his smaller opponent till the ref jumped in.

Overall......Foreman is the superior fighter.

Rocky was great. He would be, if not a force in every era, more than competitive. But his style is all wrong to beat a prime Foreman though. And the second reincarnation of Foreman is patient enough that the oppurtunity would most likely present itself to Catch a prime Marciano after absorbing a beating.
