    1. Sugar Ray Robinson
    2. Muhammad Ali- I have him very close to Ray Robinson because Ali would fight guys bigger and very rough. George Foreman and Joe Frazier come to mind.. You couldn't dance and Foreman for 15 rounds like Robinson would. Ali was extremely smart and IMO the most heart and determination I've seen in a fighter.
3.Ray Leonard- I might get some flack but one could say his record should be only 1 loss. He fought not many fights but had the most significant fights he could make, ducked nobody and transcended the sport
    4. Willie Pep- defensive genious
    5. Joe Louis- the 2nd greatest heavyweight OAT
    6. Henry Armstrong
    7. Pernell Whitaker
    8. Floyd Mayweather Jr. I have him ahead of Duran because I think he would beat Duran
    9.Roberto Duran
    10. Marvin Hagler

I love these lists, and every now and then some-body throws in a fighter or 2 that nobody ever heard of ...classic. My list hasn't changed in 15 years...proof that besides maybe Whittaker, Chavez or Jones...today's fighters can't beat the legends.
      1) Ray Robinson
      2) Henry Armstrong
      3) Muhamed Ali
      4) Joe "I fight alot of bums" Louis
      5) Willie "I can't be hit" Pep
      6) Eder " I can't beat Harada" Jofre
      7) Marvin Hagler/Carlos Monzon
      8)Roberto Duran
      9) Harry Greb
      10)Sandy Saddler

people seriously need to rethink putting harry Greb so high on their p4p lists. The video of him sparring is a joke, he looks like an amateur literally.

          in no particular order
No offense but you need to rethink this entire list. Its actually laughable. No Muhammed Ali, no Ray Robinson, No Sam Langford, No Joe Louis ect. Instead, you put Pacquaio on there? Roy Jones? Mayweather? Tyson? Pound for pound of all time is judging on how dominate this great fighters were in their respective era, not who you would favor over them or their skills.

I forgot Robinson, but who on my list doesn't deserve to be there? Pacquiao started at 106 lbs, and is already moving up to lightweight he's beat greats and high ranked contenders. May weather needs no explanation, Roy Jones was a middleweight who dominated light heavies and even managed to get a heavyweight belt.

How is my list laughable? Do you have an Old time Bias or what?

I don't have an old time bias, i just have respect for all time greats, which you are showing no respect to if you think that these current fighters that are spoon fed their opponents are greater than the all time greats. Mayweather is not even greater than Ray Leonard and doesn't deserve to be ranked in the top 10 of all time as of yet. Let him beat Cotto, Mosley, Forrest and Quintana first, which wouldn't happen because he is picking and chooing his opponents. The title that he won from Oscar and Gatti were both paper belts. Gatti won the belt vacant from a unknown fighter and Oscar won the belt from Mayorga. Mayorga won the vacant belt from Piccilliro in a vacant bout. If you take away those two belts, then Mayweather is only a 3 division world champion.

Roy Jones-is great but he definitely doesn't deserve to be in the top 10 unless we are judging by his skills. He avoided the best fighters of his generation and the biggest punchers as well. Putting Tyson on your list really made me laugh and there is no point of even getting into that one. Just give me an elite fighter that was in their prime when he beat them.

Hearns- As big of a Hearns fan that i am, he does not belong in the top 10 list of all time. He lost all of his biggest fights. He just came in at the wrong time and had too run across legends like Leonard and Hagler.

Pacquaio- What great fighter has Pacquaio beaten that was in their prime? Barrera was past his prime, Morales was past his prime and even beat Pacquiao in their first fight. He fought to a draw with a peak Marquez and won a highly contraversial decision in their rematch. His stamp in the hall of fame is secure, but hes not an even top 30 great.

Today, there are a lot of paper champions with belts that are easy to get their hands on. Back when fighters like Robinson and Greb fought, there was only one major belt in every division. So, judging on how many times they fought, if they had as many belts around back then as there is now, Robinson would have most likely won the titles about 20 times. Most fighters wouldn't even have belts if thee was only one in every division.

I will be totally honest with you all. I have never seen a film of Harry Greb. Why is he on my list of P4P greats. They invented this thing years ago called books and newspapers, a.k.a. written word. This will make people remember you after you're dead. The blind in 1 eye thing doesn't hurt his rep either. Plus he had over 300 fights, beat up on Dempsey(who was on somebody's list) and was extremely durable (stopped only 2 or 3 times). With a rep like that, sometimes you don't need to see the guy fight live.

@ slick southpaw, I will agree with what you said about Hearns to some degree

But what you said about Pacquiao is BS. Pacquiao started at 106 lbs. Aside from Morales, Both Barrera and Marquez were fighting at their NEAR best (marquez in thier last bout looked his best)

Even if you think the Mexican trio were all past their Prime you can't Ignore the fact that Pacquiao has moved up in weight many, MANY times and still been dominant.

Roy Jones beat a prime Hopkins, that's all he really needs to be considered great.

As for mayweather, even if he did beat Cotto, Mosely (or any other welterweight for that matter) People would still demand more.
