Yeah, Ali coulda fought on Indian Reservations or little dirt water towns in New Mexico like Jack Johnson or on No Man's Island in Langtry Texas like Fitz and Maher did.

Or maybe U boyhood sandbox U still play in. That's why I don't remember U on AOL. U was still learning U gibberish in U sandbox.
Unfortunately you're wrong again. Ali wasn't allowed to fight in Illinois because of his stance on Vietnam. Not because he couldn't be insured because of NOI as you have claimed. The Terrell fight was rescheduled at a few different locations in Canada before landing at the Maple leafs gardens in Toronto. Terrell than backed out of the fight after being advised by his people that Ali would either be sent to Vietnam or go to jail. The only thing you got right was Chuvalo took the fight (after Terrell backed out) on short notice.

Glad I can help continually educate you on a day basis.

      - -Trrd being transferred from one punch bowl to another. Arum who'd lie if he could make a nickel off his granny: "I ran around the country without any luck looking for a state where we could have the fight," said Bob Arum, who was secretary of Main Bout, a corporation formed to manage the ancillary promotional rights to Ali's fights.

So Vietnam ain't the excuse for fighting in small municipalities in Maine and the then backwater of Vegas not to mention being stripped of the WBA that Ernie owned since the first Liston bout. Arum was lucky Canada is a good neighbor not wrapped up in NOI or Vietnam. They made decent $$$ in their first decent sized venue before their Euro tour abroad with Ali as persona non-grata in the US from his first title defense forward.

If U could fight as good as U was dumbo, U be setting a 30 year record for title defenses but for, alas...

You initially said he couldn't get domestic fights because no state would insure him because of the NOI. That has been proven false already. Now you're trying to push the goal posts back and say it's not because of his stance on Vietnam. Here's another link to prove you wrong YET AGAIN!!

Mind you this was wrong of them as Ali was exonerated on his stance about Vietnam.

        And another link...

Ali was not exonerated . . . The NOI (nor Islam itself) was never granted CO status. Ali's conviction was overturned on a legal technicality and he even could have been retried had the nation/populace not finally turned against the war.

"Since the Appeal Board gave no reason for the denial of a conscientious objector exemption to petitioner, and it is impossible to determine on which of the three grounds offered in the Justice Department's letter that board relied, petitioner's conviction must be reversed"

But not to worry if Dumb Trump gets reelected Michael Flynn is going to become the czar of morals and we are all going to be forced to become Christisns. That will show those WOKE, Socialist, leftist, ***, NOI, ***** scum who the real God is. Thank God for God.

Fair enough point about the exoneration/overturned matter. My point still stands though that Ali was blackballed because of the position he took and no other reason such as the fictitious one Queenie made.
