Who was it that said
"Miguel Cotto doesn't just beat you, he beats you up".
Jim Lampley said it.

"The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym and out there on the road, long before I dance under the lights." —Muhammad Ali
"It's like being in love with a woman. She can be unfaithful, she can be mean, she can be cruel, but it doesn't matter. If you love her, you want her, even though she can do you all kinds of harm. It's the same with me and boxing. It can do me all kinds of harm but I love it." —Floyd Patterson
i picked cotto to win by a close decision before the fight.....after the fight, the wrong man got the decision.
clottey 114, cotto 113. close fight nonetheless. i gave cotto rounds 1,4,6,11,12 and all the rest to clottey. i will say cotto finished the fight like a true champion, clottey didn't. i have no problem w/ cotto winning this fight 114-113, but no way in hell should cotto have been given this fight w/ scores of 115-112, and no way in hell was this a 116-111 fight for cotto.
I largely agree with this. I honestly feel the fight should've been a draw; I gave Cotto the same rounds as you did, but I had round 10 even. I wouldn't argue with 114-113 either way, but 115-112? 116-111? That kind of judging discredits the sport.
And am I the only one pissed about Arum's comment that this "...was a great fight, and under ordinary circumstances Clottey deserves a rematch. But we have economics. It’s just not going to happen next"? F**k economics. Saying that in this kind of context just invites speculation that the outcomes of major fights like this are fixed, or at the very least heavily influenced by 'economics'. I wouldn't be surprised.
HgH while detectable only in blood, does not have a scientifically validated testing method that is commercially available. Any positive finding can be questioned and will not stand in the court of law...unless you can give me a link that says otherwise.
According to the WADA, there is a scientifically validated testing method, but the site mentions that it is not yet commercially available. However, that seems somewhat irrelevant, since it was administered at the Summer Olympics in 2004:
"The current test is reliable...The test was introduced at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004 and other major sport events. However, because hGH is often taken by doping athletes in the offseason for the anabolic effect, the test is most effective when implemented in a no-advance-notice out-of-competition strategy."
I can't post a link because I have too few posts. However, the information is easily found by doing a search for HGH at the WADA's site.
